IT Technical Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Technical Recruiter to join our team.

• Minimize false-starts or dropouts from consulting engagements.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated career progression from Technical recruiting, deep understanding of IT labor categories and other IT technical terms, knowledge of US work visa legislation, hands-on experience with Industry standard Applicant Tracking System(s), recruiting tools / databases and strategies, Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Science or Business, and the ability to motivate and deliver to established metrics.

The ideal candidate will have effective written and oral communication skills, good team player skills, problem-solving abilities, negotiating and decision-making skills, high energy, exceptional work ethic, and process & quality orientation.

Candidates without Staffing / Recruiting experience will be considered for trainee positions. Compensation includes market competitive base and variable pay. Work shift is Monday-Friday from 6 : 00 pm - 3 : 00 am IST.
