VP of Operations

Base Location : Hyderabad

Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in operations management,Supply Chain, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Role Description :

• Operational Management : Oversee the end-to-end operations of the Co-Pack Unit, ensuring smooth workflow, adherence to timelines, and alignment with production goals.
• Production Efficiency : Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and meet output targets.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure that all production meets Crax’s quality standards, always adhering to regulatory and safety guidelines.
• Vendor & Supplier Coordination : Work closely with co-pack vendors, managing contracts, performance, and timely delivery of products. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for raw materials and packaging needs.
• Inventory & Resource Management : Oversee inventory levels of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods, ensuring availability for uninterrupted production while managing costs effectively.
• Logistics management : collaborate with 3PL provider to optimize routes, reduce costs & improve delivery times.
• Process Improvement : Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives in production and operational workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with local laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies. Implement safety protocols and promote a safe working environment.
• Reporting & Analysis : Generate reports on production performance, efficiency metrics, cost analysis, and present insights to senior management for strategic decision-making Skills.
