Job Description : Digital Marketing Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in running performance-driven campaigns, managing budgets, and improving digital conversions.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Develop, manage, and optimize marketing databases, CRM, and remarketing workflows.
- Monitor, measure, and report the performance of all digital campaigns, analyzing results against ROI, KPIs, and growth goals.
- Identify trends and insights to optimize ad spend, scale winning campaigns, and improve overall performance.
- Brainstorm, propose, and implement innovative growth strategies for brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
- Plan, execute, and evaluate A / B tests, experiments, and conversion optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to build high-converting landing pages and enhance user experience.
- Use strong analytical and data interpretation skills to evaluate customer journeys across multiple digital touchpoints.
- Set up, track, and optimize conversion points, funnels, and retargeting strategies.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends, recommending relevant adoption.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads —campaign creation, optimization, budget management, and performance tracking are essential.
- Oversee content planning , ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with agencies and freelancers when required, ensuring timely execution and quality output.
- Prepare monthly reports , insights, and recommendations for management review.
Additional Preferred Skills
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation platforms.Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
