Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager - Project Execution role based on-site in Thane. The role involves managing the execution of solar projects, ensuring timely expediting of materials and resources, conducting inspections, and overseeing logistics management to support project completion. The Assistant Manager will collaborate with the operations and engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout all stages of project delivery.

Qualifications

This role demands an individual with a B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering and 2–4 years of hands-on Project Execution experience in the Solar PV / Renewable Energy sector.

Mandatory Net Metering Management : Full ownership and hands-on experience managing the entire Net Metering process, from application submission and follow-up to technical resolution with the DISCOM / Utility.

Technical Acumen : Deep knowledge of Solar PV system design, components, and installation standards. Must be proficient in reading technical drawings and managing on-site material verification.

Leadership & Delivery : Proven ability to lead site teams (engineers, contractors), manage task assignment, handle payments / expenses, and maintain a track record of successfully managing multiple project timelines for on-time delivery.

Communication : Strong skills for technical client discussions and professional follow-up on customer payments.
