We’re hiring experienced and passionate US Healthcare Recruiters who are ready to grow in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
• Manage full-cycle recruitment – from sourcing to onboarding
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
• Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs
• Stay updated with US healthcare rules and staffing trends

Requirements

• 3+ years of exclusive US Healthcare recruiting experience OR
• 4+ years of experience in US Recruitment (Healthcare, IT, or Non-IT), with the recent 2 years specializing in US Healthcare roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in sourcing through job boards like Indeed, Vivian, Travel Nurse Source, Allied Travel Careers, DocCafe, Doximity, as well as ATS platforms, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Good negotiation skills for rate discussion and candidate closure
• Experience in license and certification verification.
• Knowledge of tax terms (W2, 1099, Full-time) and stipends
