Senior SAP IBP Planning Specialist

Job Title : Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional with deep expertise in SAP Supply Chain Planning to join our global delivery team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning modules and a proven track record of leading IBP implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP IBP implementation and APO-to-IBP migration activities for a large life sciences client.
• Configure and enhance IBP modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.
• Translate business requirements into functional design and align solutions with SAP best practices.
• Collaborate with onshore teams in the U.S. and customer stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Manage data integration and interfaces between ECC / S / 4HANA and IBP (CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS).
• Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and cutover readiness.
• Develop user training materials and support post go-live hypercare and enhancements.
• Provide subject matter expertise on supply chain planning optimization and process improvement initiatives.
