We’re hiring an Enterprise Sales Manager for a leading technology solutions provider focused on network and infrastructure transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive enterprise growth by managing 30 strategic accounts across BFSI, ITES, and Manufacturing
- Own the complete sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to deal closure
- Partner with OEMs and presales teams to build winning solutions
- Achieve annual revenue targets of ₹30-35 Cr with sustained profitability
Requirements
- Proven enterprise/solution sales experience in the Mumbai market
- Strong CXO, procurement, and IT infrastructure stakeholder network
- Solid skills in forecasting, negotiation, and managing complex sales cycles
- Ability to build long-term client relationships through regular engagement
- Hands-on experience with CRM, pipeline tracking, and competitive analysis
- Experience in joint sales motions and workshops with OEM partners
