Lead User Interface Architect

Hiring : UI Designer (3–4 Yrs Experience)

📍 Location : Mumbai (Hybrid / Some in-office presence required)

At Greybatter, we’re looking for a sharp, experienced UI Designer to join our team – someone who can bring beautiful, intuitive digital experiences to life.

This role is unique : while you’ll be on the Greybatter payroll, you’ll work full-time with our client, FatakPay , a fast-scaling fintech company focused on credit wellness and salary access for Bharat.

FatakPay is building financial products for India’s underserved segments – making credit more accessible, transparent, and responsible. They’re growing rapidly and need thoughtful design at the heart of their product.

What you'll do

Design web & mobile interfaces that are user-focused, scalable, and clean.

Own and maintain Figma files, design systems, and pixel-perfect UI specs.

Collaborate closely with FatakPay’s product and tech teams.

Be proactive about solving UX gaps, improving UI patterns, and pushing for consistency.

Travel to the FatakPay office in Mumbai when required for sprint reviews or workshops.

What we’re looking for :

3–4 years of hands-on UI design experience is a must.

We’re looking for candidates who’ve worked on real products in fast-paced environments.

A strong, updated portfolio that shows your ability to design functional, elegant UIs.

Expertise in Figma (components, prototyping, styles, etc.).

Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.

Must be based in Mumbai (or willing to relocate / travel as needed).
