Job Description
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience testing Salesforce applications and API-based integrations.
- Strong understanding of CRM business processes, especially Opportunity management.
- Experience validating MuleSoft or middleware-based integrations is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile sprint-based testing cycles.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and defect management skills.
Work Scope: (Actual may vary slightly on scope)
- Test Planning & Execution
- Execute functional, regression, and integration test cases for:
- MuleSoft integrations between Third-party application and Salesforce.
- Salesforce Opportunity lifecycle scenarios driven by subscription events.
- Validate end-to-end scenarios across Development, QA, and UAT environments.
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT) to confirm end-to-end data flow and business logic.
- Sprint & SIT/UAT Support
- Validate sprint deliverables against defined acceptance criteria.
- Log, track, and retest defects based on severity classification (High, Medium, Low).
- Support Customer-led Sprint Testing (ST) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by:
- Executing provided test scenarios.
- Assisting in test data validation.
- Supporting defect triage and resolution cycles.
- Integration Validation
- Verify correctness of:
- Subscription event handling.
- Opportunity creation, updates, renewals, and closures.
- Discount calculations and consolidation logic.
- Validate error-handling behavior and retry mechanisms for integration failures.
- Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed test execution results and defect reports.
- Support QA sign-off documentation for sprint and SIT completion.
- Provide inputs for go-live readiness and post-deployment validation.
