AVP – PR & Brand Communications Location : Bangalore

Lighthouse Canton is a global investment institution with offices in Singapore, Dubai, India, and an upcoming presence in London. We provide Wealth and Asset Management solutions across private equity, venture capital, venture debt, direct lending, public equities, and global macro strategies.

We are looking for an AVP – PR & Brand Communications to lead our media relations, brand positioning, and external reputation. This is a high-impact role working closely with senior leadership to strengthen Lighthouse Canton’s visibility in global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead PR and media relations strategy to enhance brand visibility.

Develop brand messaging, narratives, and communication assets.

Manage press releases, announcements, and thought leadership content.

Drive internal communications including townhalls, leadership messages, and employee updates.

Support crisis communication and sensitive corporate messaging.

Oversee social media and digital communication strategy to strengthen brand reputation.

Requirements

5–7 years of experience in PR, corporate communications, or branding (financial services preferred).

Strong media relations and storytelling capability.

Experience shaping brand identity and executive communication.

Excellent writing and project management skills.

Proficiency in digital and social media communications.
