Job Title : Senior Recruitment Executive – Overseas / Blue-Collar Hiring
Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end blue-collar recruitment for Construction, Oil & Gas, Hospitality, Automotive, Manufacturing, MEP, and Industrial sectors.
Build and maintain a strong sourcing network of agents, sub-agents, and local recruiters across India and international locations.
Identify suitable manpower based on trade-wise availability (e.g., welder hubs, mason clusters, fabricator belts, industrial workforce zones).
Review CVs, screen candidates, conduct telephonic interviews, and ensure proper verification of experience and GCC background.
Coordinate smoothly with clients for JD clarification, CV shortlisting, interview scheduling, trade tests, and selection updates .
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring patterns across Gulf and European countries.
Handle end-to-end coordination for visa processing, medicals, document collection, ticketing, emigration, and travel assistance .
Maintain detailed reports on CV status, interview results, selections, rejections, and mobilization .
Conduct field visits and travel with clients for interview campaigns, walk-in drives, and trade testing programs across India.
Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates, agents, and clients to achieve smooth and fast mobilization .
Build long-term professional relationships with candidates, clients, and partners to support continuous manpower supply.
Qualifications & Skills :
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in overseas or blue-collar recruitment.
Strong understanding of Construction, Oil & Gas, MEP, Hospitality, and Industrial job roles .
Excellent sourcing knowledge with an established network of agents across major Indian states (UP, Bihar, Rajasthan, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, etc.).
Good understanding of visa categories, documentation, and recruitment processes for Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, UAE, Europe, Russia, Croatia, etc.
Knowledge of manpower demographics : which locations specialize in welders, fitters, masons, scaffolders, riggers, drivers , etc.
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp business tools, and job portals.
Willingness to travel frequently for recruitment campaigns and client interviews.
Ability to maintain professionalism, accuracy, and speed in all recruitment cycles.
