Job description

Manage and control Schedule, Cost and Document flow on the Project

Provide leadership to the team of Planners, Cost Controllers and Document Controllers for Offshore projects

Provide direction to planners and Cost controllers in developing, setting up, monitoring and controlling of Integrated project schedules, plan costs and quantities and smooth cash flow management

Provide direction to Document Controllers in developing, setting up and managing Document Control process for the project.

Preparation and update of Project Controls sections of the Project and managing / updating Project Dashboards for monitoring health of project schedule, cost and quality.

Preparation of overall Planning package including Execution Plan, WBS, CBS,

Progress measurement procedure and Reporting procedure

Monitor and analyse progress to give early warning signals for delays. Also suggest remedial actions for the same.

Issue of consolidated Project Close out Report.
