Job Title : Salesforce Administrator

Reports To : CRM Manager / IT Lead
Job Summary :
- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment.
- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in user management, data security, automation, reporting, and user support.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and licenses.Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and regular audits.Configure and maintain security settings including field-level, object-level, and record-level access.Design and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes.Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business insights.Support end-users with training, documentation, and troubleshooting.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.Evaluate new Salesforce features and AppExchange tools for potential adoption.Manage sandbox environments and deployment processes.Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.Salesforce Administrator Certification (mandatory).4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration.Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, data model, and automation tools.Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creation.Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with ITIL practices and tools like ServiceNow or JIRA is a plus.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Apex, LWC, or other development tools.Exposure to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, etc.(ref : hirist.tech)
