Role Overview
The Management Trainee program is a structured 6-month continuous training initiative designed to provide comprehensive exposure across key functions of the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in areas such as front office operations, administration, human resources, sales, marketing, and general management.
The ideal candidate is a quick learner, adaptable, and eager to take on real-world responsibilities that contribute to the company's growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Management
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
- Manage reception duties, calls, inquiries, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations while maintaining a welcoming environment.
2. Administrative Support
Assist in coordinating office operations, facilities, and resource management.Handle documentation, filing, and record-keeping for various departments.Support management in scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and event coordination.3. Human Resources
Assist in recruitment processes including sourcing, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.Support onboarding, induction programs, and employee engagement activities.Help maintain HR records and assist in payroll and compliance documentation.4. Sales & Business Development
Work with the sales team to understand product offerings and support client acquisition.Engage in lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.Contribute to sales reporting and market research for strategic decisions.5. Marketing & Branding
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.Contribute to social media management, content creation, and brand promotions.Assist in event marketing, student engagement programs, and community outreach.6. General Management Exposure
Rotate across departments to gain a holistic understanding of business operations.Collaborate with team leaders to identify challenges, propose solutions, and improve processes.Prepare reports, presentations, and analyses to support decision-making by senior management.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and work collaboratively.Basic proficiency in MS Office and digital communication tools.Skills Required
