Legal Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Legal Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the BFSI industry.

Roles and Responsibility

• Provide legal advice and support on various matters, including contracts and agreements.
• Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and policies.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal guidance and support.
• Develop and implement legal procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal documents and correspondence.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices applicable to the BFSI industry.
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills for reviewing complex legal documents.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks governing the BFSI industry.
• Proficient in using legal software and technology to manage legal documents and data.
