Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, employee record management, and exit processes
- Coordinate payroll inputs and liaise with the finance team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Maintain and audit employee files and HR databases
- Support internal audits and reporting requirements
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and support
