The Role

We’re hiring a  Marketing & Communications Lead  who can own our presence on  and other digital channels , create sharp B2B content, and also support  light administrative and operations activities .

This is a great role for someone who enjoys  both thinking and doing : strategy, content, campaigns, plus some executive / ops support.

What You’ll Do

1. Marketing & Communications (Core)

• Own and execute our  strategy  for :
• Company page (consistent posts, engagement, follower growth)
• Founder / leadership profiles (thought leadership, personal brand)
• Plan and manage a simple  content calendar  across and other channels.
• Write and edit high-quality content :
• posts, articles, newsletters
• Case studies, one-pagers, decks, website copy
• Support other  digital marketing activities :
• Basic website updates (WordPress / Webflow or similar)
• Email campaigns (Mailchimp / HubSpot or similar)
• Webinars / virtual events (promotion, logistics, follow-up)
• Coordinate with designers or use  Canva / Figma  to create on-brand creatives.
• Track and report  basic marketing metrics  (views, engagement, leads, traffic) monthly.
