Are you passionate about bringing bespoke interior designs to life on‐site?

We’re looking for an Interior Site Executive in Bangalore , who thrives in a hands-on, creative environment and has experience in executing high-end residential fit-out projects- where premium materials, detailed finishes and tailor-made client solutions are the norm.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities for residential interior fit-out projects.
Coordinate with clients, designers, contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution and alignment with design intent.
Review design drawings, interpret specifications and translate them into on-site implementation.
Monitor project timelines, ensure quality finishes, and adhere to the studio’s design standards.
Conduct regular site inspections, proactively resolve on-site challenges and ensure safety compliance.
Manage project documentation including daily progress reports, vendor coordination logs and hand‐over checklists.
Provide timely updates to the design and project management teams.

Required Skills & Qualification

Bachelors or Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering is a must

1–3 years of experience in interior design site supervision, execution or architecture field (residential fit-outs preferred).

Strong understanding of materials, finishes, construction processes and quality control in interior works.

Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (designers, vendors, contractors) and follow through site tasks.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Google Sheets or similar) for reporting and documentation.

Good organizational and communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Work Schedule

Location : Whitefield, Bangalore

Working days : Monday - Saturday (9 : 30 AM - 6 : 30 PM)
