Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend services using Node.js.

Build and optimize RESTful APIs and / or GraphQL services.

Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end features.

Write clean, efficient, and testable code while ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

Implement microservices architecture and ensure smooth integration with other systems.

Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

Work with databases (SQL / NoSQL) to design schemas and ensure efficient queries.

Follow best practices in CI / CD, testing, code reviews, and deployment.

Stay updated with new technologies and propose their adoption when beneficial.

Requirements

3–6 years of software development experience in

Node.js .

Good knowledge of

async programming, REST APIs, and event-driven architecture .

Hands-on with

databases

(MySQL / PostgreSQL, MongoDB / Redis / DynamoDB).

Strong grasp of

data structures, algorithms, and system design .

Familiarity with

testing frameworks

and CI / CD practices.

Problem-solving mindset, team collaboration, and agile working experience.
