Job description4–8 years of experience in backend development with Node.js . Strong knowledge of API design & development (RESTful / GraphQL). Proficiency in databases – SQL (MySQL / PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB / Redis). Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. Hands-on knowledge of version control (Git) and CI / CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Experience in TypeScript . Exposure to frontend technologies (React / Angular) for full-stack understanding. Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest, Jasmine).

About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer / Lead with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, API development, and database management , with the ability to design scalable solutions and lead development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs using Node.js.
- Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for various business needs.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, QA, and product teams.
- Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
