Role Description :

To provide strategic leadership and direction to the Security and Front of House services team, ensuring professional, integrated service delivery aligned with Sodexo’s brand, financial goals, and client expectations.

Key Result Areas & Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership & Growth

• Lead the development and execution of integrated security and FoH solutions.
• Build internal relationships to generate demand and fulfill client requirements.
• Drive revenue and margin growth through strategic guidance.
• Participate in the Global Security Expert Network (GSEN) to share best practices.
