Job Title : Social Media Manager & Content Curator

Location : Chattarpur, Delhi

Experience : 2–3 Years

Salary : ₹35,000 per month

About the Role

We’re looking for someone who understands social media, has a good eye for aesthetics, and can manage content end-to-end. Someone who can take ownership of the brand’s digital presence and keep the platforms active, engaging, and well-curated.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage monthly content calendars
  • Handle day-to-day posting, scheduling, and platform management
  • Curate content that matches the brand’s tone and visual style
  • Assist with shoots, content capture, and basic editing
  • Write clear and engaging captions
  • Track performance and share periodic insights
  • Work closely with the design, marketing, and CRM teams
  • Manage comments, DMs, and overall community engagement

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in social media and content roles
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and current content formats
  • Comfortable with basic editing tools (Canva / CapCut)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, creative setup
  • Strong sense of fashion and aesthetics

    • Good to Have

  • Experience with fashion or lifestyle brands
  • Ability to contribute to shoot ideas and execution
