Role Overview

A Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients—direct clients, MSP accounts, IT + Non-IT (BFSI mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Full US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → scheduling → closing).
• Work on IT and Non-IT BFSI requirements .
• Hands-on sourcing using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.
• Build strong pipelines and maintain client / candidate relationships.
