Role : SRE Project Manager
Location : Gurugram
The SRE Project Manager will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and tracking of SRE projects from conception to completion. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they align with the company's goals and deliver value to our stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management and a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. The role will report to the IT Senior Project Manager working with SRE leadership team on priorities within the IT function.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management : Planning, implementation, and tracking of SRE projects that support business objectives, from conception to completion.
- Implement Project Stage Gate & Activation : Support the assessment of new project demands, ensure business and technical owners are assigned and help oversee the project activation phases.
- Strategy Development : Support the development and implementation of project management strategies, methodologies, and best practices to ensure the successful execution of SRE projects.
- Resource Allocation : Work with SRE leadership to manage resources effectively, ensuring the right skills and expertise are applied to each project.
- Stakeholder Management : Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management, and ensure their expectations are met.
- Governance : Establish and maintain appropriate governance structures to oversee the program. Ensure compliance with business policies and standards.
- Change Management : Manage, and adapt to, change within the program to ensure smooth transition during changes.
- Risk Management : Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Budget Management : Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance : Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deliverables are aligned with business requirements.
- Performance Monitoring : Track and report on project performance using appropriate metrics and tools.
