Experience with compliance and quality management Understanding of LMS requirements Professional English communication for stakeholder presentations Experience managing distributed teams Full-stack tech knowledge : Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Mobile, microservices. Role Description
Lead technical teams (backend, frontend, mobile, DevOps, testing, QA) to deliver on time to global enterprises. Coordinate Bangalore teams whilst collaborating with European teams. Bridge technical delivery with management. This role reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities
Delivery Management
- Own project timelines and ensure on-time, quality delivery across all technical teams
- Manage global enterprise customer requirements, translating needs into actionable tasks
- Manage tech budget aligned with project needs
- Ensure ISO 42001, ISO 27001 compliance and enterprise technical standards
- Deliver B2B enterprise and B2C product solutions
- Manage sprint planning, proper documentation, and stakeholder reporting
