Job Description : CA Articled Assistant

GM Corporate Solutions is a financial and strategic consulting firm based in Noida. We advise companies from various sectors on mergers, acquisitions, raising growth capital, business valuation, due diligence reviews, etc. We also advise international companies for their business in India, right from business set-up to accounting, tax advisory and compliance, and financial reporting.

Profile :

Diversified (except audits) - Financial Reporting, Income Tax, GST, FEMA, Corporate Law, M&A and Fund-Raise advisory.

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Accounting in TallyPrime and maintaining complete files for each client

2. Preparing management reporting for clients

3. Finalisation of accounts and preparing financial statements

4. Computation of income tax liability and preparation and filing of income tax return

5. Computation of TDS liability and preparation and filing of TDS returns

6. GST registrations, computation of liability, and filing GST returns

7. Conducting research for M&A and fund-raise projects

8. Assistance in preparing financial model, investment teaser, investment memorandum

9. Preparing secretarial records and assistance in ROC filings

10. Advisory on various aspects of FEMA, Corporate Law, Income Tax, International Tax and GST

Qualification : CA intermediate both group pass | Candidates who have completed their articleship for 3-6 months and seeking transfer, can also apply.

Stipend : INR 12,000 for first year | INR 15,000 for second year

Skill set required :

1. Strong accountancy knowledge and proficiency in tax and corporate laws

2. Good communication and presentation skills

3. Working knowledge of MS-Word, MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint

Office Timings : 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM (5 days a week)
