Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Fitness Instructor at Fika Crossfit & Fitnessstudio located in Chennai. The Fitness Instructor will be responsible for conducting group exercise sessions, providing personal training, delivering fitness instruction, and offering outstanding customer service. The instructor will create and implement workout plans, track progress, and maintain a positive and motivational environment for all participants.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
• Experience in Personal Training
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with the Fitness Industry
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Certification in fitness instruction or personal training is preferred
• First aid and CPR certification is a plus
