Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.

Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Maintain and update applicant information in recruitment databases.

Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with HR.

Track recruitment metrics and provide reports on hiring progress.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s Degree in any stream

Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
