Salesforce Business Analyst

We are a small but ambitious startup on a mission to solve real-world CRM problems for businesses of all sizes. Working closely with clients across different industries, we implement, optimize, and scale Salesforce and HubSpot solutions that truly support growth.

We’re now looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst who can help us shape solutions, define requirements, and work closely with our clients and developers. This role is ideal for someone who already has Salesforce experience and is eager to advance to the next level.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients and developers to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions

Define and document tickets, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Support the testing, rollout, and optimization of new Salesforce features

Ensure smooth delivery of solutions through close coordination with developers

Continuously improve Salesforce processes and system design

Who We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of Salesforce experience (admin, analyst, or similar role)

Strong interest in developing and advancing Salesforce expertise

Solid experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack, Excel)

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations, analysis, and reporting

Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical requirements

Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive communicator

Immediate joiner preferred (but flexible for the right candidate)
