Key Responsibilities and Skills :
- Proficient in troubleshooting devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, including packet-level analysis.
- Expert in configuring and troubleshooting Palo Alto, Checkpoint, FortiGate, and Cisco firewalls.
- Experience managing clusters of firewalls.
- Skilled in creating High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) network diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco ISE and ACI.
- Thorough understanding of VLAN, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, vPC, and VSS.
- Proficient in OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and static routing protocols.
- Experience with F5 and Radware load balancers.
- Strong knowledge of network security and hardening processes.
- Familiarity with protocols such as DNS, DHCP, FTP, LDAP, SNMP, CDP, and LLDP.
- Experience with Cisco ISE, including policy and posture assessment.
- Skilled in WLAN implementation and troubleshooting.
- Act as a catalyst for the team and support escalated calls.
- Ability to create Knowledge Base documents and perform Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of compliance, network audits, ISMS, and GDPR is advantageous.
- Willingness to work 24 / 7 shifts.
