About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage all HR operations. The ideal candidate should be strong in recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and day-to-day HR management within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Handle employee grievances, performance discussions, and conflict resolution

Oversee attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance

Support employee engagement activities and ensure a positive work culture

Coordinate exit interviews and manage the full & final process

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in HR management

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Good understanding of HR policies, labour laws, and HRIS tools

Experience in the entertainment or media industry is a plus

Work Schedule : Full-time, Onsite
