Graphic Designer Prepress

Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, India

Shift Time : US Shift

Description :

The job of the prepress designer is to create virtual mockups / proofs for our customers and to prepare production files for decoration. This role works with multiple departments so having strong communication and problem-solving skills is helpful to the position.

Job Responsibilities :

Edit customer-provided artwork to company-specific product templates

Email customers for proof approval and handle edit requests

Create proof and production templates for new products

Troubleshoot and problem-solve design-related issues with files that affect production

Vectorize art when the provided artwork is raster

Basic photography skills

Multi-task between different types of orders and specialty projects

Qualifications :

2-4 years of experience in Graphic Design with an emphasis on production design

Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator and Photoshop)

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Works independently and can handle multiple priorities

Knowledge or experience in the Promotional Products industry (preferred but not required)

Knowledge or experience with Imprinting and / or Engraving (preferred but not required)
