Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of EBOs.Maintain stock availability, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention measures.Oversee VM (Visual Merchandising) as per brand guidelines.Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance across stores.3. Customer Experience
Drive best-in-class customer service standards.Implement customer engagement and loyalty programs.Resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.4. Team Management
Recruit, train, and mentor store staff.Drive performance through motivation, recognition, and development.Ensure team adherence to grooming and brand representation standards.5. Business Reporting & Analysis
Track store performance through MIS and provide insights.Analyze market trends and competition to suggest improvements.Prepare business reviews and present to leadership.6. Expansion & Projects
