Role : Golang Developer L2 / L3.

We are looking for a Go developer with a strong understanding of how best to leverage and exploit the language's unique paradigms, idioms, and syntax.

As a Lead developer, you'll partner with cross-functional teams, Product Manager as well as senior leaders to create a vision and roadmap for the team and collaborate & drive design discussions, technology choices and participate in code reviews.

Location : Noida(Hybrid) / 5 days.

What will you get to do?

Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and maintainable applications using Golang.

Lead architectural decisions, contributing to a robust microservices and distributed system design.

Collaborate closely with cross teams to implement new features and enhance existing functionality.

Optimize and debug applications to improve performance, efficiency, and reliability.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality, maintainability, and stability.

Profile Expectations :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.

4+ years of strong experience in Golang programming, DSA and System Design.

Good experience in writing scalable, robust, testable, efficient, and easily maintainable code.

Good experience in troubleshooting and debugging issues with existing code & Optimization.

Familiarity with microservices, serverless architecture, and containerization.

Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and stability.

Proficiency in database technologies like MySQL, MongoDB, etc.

Hiring Process :

3 - 4 rounds of interviews with Function, HR & senior leaders.
