What Youll Do :

• Collaborate with PMs, developers, doctors, and coaches to craft seamless digital health experiences.
• Translate complex healthcare journeys into simple, engaging, and empathetic user flows.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs that are intuitive and human-centered.
• Build and maintain design systems & style guides for consistent experiences.
• Conduct and leverage user research & usability testing to validate ideas and iterate quickly.
• Measure the impact of your designs on health outcomes and user engagement.
• Stay up to date with design trends-and adapt them to the unique needs of healthcare.
