Job Description – Trade Marketing Lead
Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end trade marketing strategy and execution across regions.
- Oversee POSM planning, deployment, and compliance for all in-store activities.
- Drive distribution effectiveness of input SKUs for activated months.
- Create impactful sales team briefing materials and conduct F2F briefings.
- Ensure loyalty program implementation and adherence to guidelines.
- Lead GTM / RTM initiatives for all new product launches.
- Empanel and manage key stores, track offtakes, and build retail partnerships.
- Plan, execute, and measure micro-marketing activities at cluster level.
- Manage vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and quality execution.
- Provide insights and ROI analysis on trade marketing activities.
Who We Are Looking For
Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).6+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing / Channel Development / GT Sales.Strong expertise in metro market handling, POSM, loyalty programs, and ROI tracking.Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
