Associate, Community Development Programs

As the program & community engagement associate at Crafting Dialogue, you will work with a highly experienced and passionate team on global projects and B2B conferences.

Mon-Fri | 10 am -7 PM | In-office- Koregaon Park, Pune

(Note : We are considering freshers and applicants with a maximum three years experience.)

What you'll do

• Work with the Program Director on dialogues & executive boardrooms in a fast-paced and highly intensive requirement
• Conducts extensive primary & secondary market research on identified topics and present it to the management
• Competitive analysis and assess respective industry trends & opportunities (SWOT analysis)
• Draft conference content program & invite C-Level Thought Leaders
• Serves as the project lead and coordinate with respective teams members on meeting the deadlines.
• Develop original and engaging content for the project ( Blogs, PR, website content etc)
• End-to-End project execution, including traveling on-site (international)
