• Incumbant will Head the Workforce Management, Demand planning and fulfilment across entities globally.
• Will design and roll out enterprise workforce fulfilment framework.
• Will empower talent teams to embed demand plans, enable internal and external talent intelligence through demand supply analytics, strategic talent fulfilment modelling, and capability transformation
• Would advise on productivity opportunities, internal talent development and strategic hiring in collaboration with sourcing, learning and talent teams
