Microair Avionics Position : Firmware Engineer

Location : Vijay Nagar, Indore

Employment Type : Full-Time, on site

Salary : Up to ₹20 LPA

‍ Experience : 3+years ( No Freshers )

⏳ Availability : Immediate Joiners only who are ready to relocate to Indore, MP, India

Have at least 3+year of solid, hands-on experience in the relevant field

We are looking for passionate and skilled Firmware Engineer to join our dynamic team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities

Technical :

Develop and optimize ESP32 and STM32 firmware in alignment with our product architecture and roadmap.
Create and execute test plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
Identify technical and schedule risks, collaborating with the team to develop solutions.

Attitude :

Work effectively within the team to meet bi-weekly sprint goals.

Document requirements and design comprehensively in Confluence, and publish code to Git Hub.

Be an engaged and positive team member, working collaboratively and proactively.

Qualifications

Proven experience with firmware development on major microcontrollers, such as STM32, NXP, n RF, or ESP32 (ESP32 preferred, STM32 required for avionics).

Familiarity with LVGL is a plus.

Strong track record in firmware development for embedded systems, preferably including safety-critical or avionics environments.

Fresh graduates with strong C programming skills and a passion for embedded systems are also encouraged to apply.
