Job Description

At Visa, the Finance Technology, Revenue & Pricing team, enables Visa's revenue growth through flexible pricing engines and global revenue platforms built on modern technologies. Their scope includes managing system requirements, evaluating cutting-edge technologies, designing, development, automation, quality assurance and maintenance of corporate revenue applications and services. The team works closely with business owners of these services to deliver custom developed solutions, as well as implement industry leading packaged software.

The Revenue & Pricing team is looking for a Senior Manager responsible for courageously leading a team responsible for building and testing critical business applications. In this position, you will own the development, testing and delivery of Billing Applications, including the construction of tools / applications that utilize Machine Learning and Gen AI technologies.

As a leader, you will provide technical and functional expertise, thought leadership with focus on automation and creating business value. For this role, it is important for you to enjoy working on diverse technologies and should be excited to take initiatives to solve complex business and operational problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and mentor engineering and testing teams in application development and automation for the Billing Platform.
• Provide hands-on technical and functional guidance to enhance team skills and innovation.
• Implement AI / ML technologies to develop solutions that improve business value and customer outcomes.
• Design, implement and optimize solutions for complex systems, ensuring alignment with industry trends and standards.
• Interpret business requirements into technical designs and specifications.
• Evaluate technologies and implement best practices for engineering.
• Design and build applications from the ground up, including data modeling and user interface design.
• Manage a team of 5+ members, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Experience with Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) is a plus.
• Develop detailed project plans, coordinating with scrum masters or project managers.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers and technology partners.
• Ensure accountability and deliver on business needs with effective planning and execution.
• Support agile processes such as sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Collaborate with teams across multiple geographical locations and time zones.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
