Position : AI and Databricks Engineer

Location : Pune / Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite)

Duration : Full time

Shift : US / UK Shift

Experience : 5-7 years mandatory

Job Description :

• Strong experience developing industry grade LLM and Gen-AI applications using Open AI, Anthropic (Claude), or other major providers.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow, Databricks Notebooks, Unity Catalog).
• Expertise in Python for building Autonomous Gen-AI solution development.
• Proficiency in LangChain, Llama Index, for building agentic architectures.
• Experience with vector databases (e.G., Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS), RAG, ARAG, Big Q, CAG, A / B testing, reinforcement learning etc
• Experience integrating LLM systems with APIs and enterprise data sources.
• Rich experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and their AI / ML services.
• Solid understanding of data governance, security, and scalability within Data governance, security, and scalability within Databricks.
• Degree in Computer Science or similar major required.
