Role Overview

We’re looking for a passionate and enthusiastic HR Intern (3 Months for now bu with possibilities of extention) to join our HR team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to various facets of Human Resources — from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes , including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordination.
• Support employee onboarding and documentation.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
• Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports.
• Assist in drafting and updating HR policies, forms, and templates .
• Collaborate with the HR team on process improvement and automation ideas.

Who We’re Looking For

knowledge of HR tools or ATS is a plus.
