- Proficiency in project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in remote teams and independently.
- Experience in conducting training needs assessments and designing curricula.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation techniques.
- Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Certification in Change Management (e., Prosci) is preferred.
- Willingness to travel if necessary for client engagements.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
