Purchase Manager

Oversee all procurement activities, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently and cost-effectively. Manage and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with company quality, service, and pricing standards. Collaborate with internal departments (Finance, Stores, and Cost Control) to meet the operational requirements of the organization. Negotiate and maintain contracts with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services. Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and quality standards (ISO 9001). Regularly monitor procurement costs, generate reports, and identify opportunities for cost-saving. Resolve supply issues by addressing vendor-related complaints and coordinating corrective actions.
