• Drive Tech M&A engagements across the full lifecycle : carve-outs, integrations, due diligence, and post-merger transformation.
• Architect sourcing strategies, location models, and governance frameworks for Global Capability Centers.
• Build compelling business cases and financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Engage in C-level discussions with advanced presentation and communication skills.
