Greta Energy Ltd. is establishing a world-class greenfield integrated steel plant in MIDC Bhadrawati, Chandrapur District, Maharashtra. As part of our digital transformation initiative, we are implementing SAP HANA Grow Public Cloud to unify operations, enable real-time analytics, and integrate all business processes across the enterprise.

We are seeking a seasoned SAP / ERP Project Management Professional with deep expertise in end-to-end SAP implementation, administration, and optimization. This is a strategic leadership role critical to the success of our steel plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP / ERP implementation and operations for the integrated steel plant project.
• Manage SAP Project lifecycle — from planning, design, implementation, and testing to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Oversee SAP HANA database administration — installation, configuration, performance tuning, security, backup, and recovery.
• Design and implement data models (attribute, analytic, and calculation views) to support advanced analytics and decision-making.
• Handle data provisioning from SAP ECC, Oracle, and other systems using SLT, BODS, and SDI.
• Ensure integration with BI and analytics platforms (SAP Analytics Cloud, BusinessObjects, third-party tools).
• Work with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) for scalable SAP HANA Cloud deployments.
• Act as a solution architect, ensuring a robust, secure, and scalable SAP landscape.
• Collaborate with business and functional teams (FI / CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, etc.) to ensure alignment with steel industry processes.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, vendors, and internal teams for project delivery and optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in SAP operations.
