Key responsibilities
- Cash Operations : Oversee and manage all cash-related activities within a bank branch.
- ATM Management : Responsible for replenishing ATMs to ensure they are always stocked and operational.
- Cash Flow and Management : Monitor and manage the daily cash flow to maintain adequate liquidity and balance.
- Client and Customer Experience : Ensure customer satisfaction by being responsive and addressing cash-related queries promptly.
- Process and Compliance : Enforce adherence to all company cash handling protocols, regulations, and internal policies.
- Audit and Quality Control : Ensure accuracy in operations and assist in audits by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Cross-selling and Referrals : May be involved in identifying opportunities to cross-sell other banking products or generate referrals.
