Oracle (OIC + HCM)

Oracle Fusion / EBS / HRMS Technical Consultant (OIC + HCM)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support Oracle Fusion HCM customizations, reports, and extensions (HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher).

Work on Oracle EBS HRMS technical components including Fast Formulas, APIs, Interfaces, Workflows, and Reports.

Design, build, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) —REST / SOAP APIs, ICS flows, PaaS integrations.

Create inbound / outbound interfaces between Fusion HCM and third-party applications.

Support HR modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Absence, Time & Labor.

Troubleshoot technical issues across Fusion / OIC / EBS and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in requirement gathering, technical design, documentation, testing, and deployment.

Ensure data accuracy, system performance, and compliance with security standards.

Collaborate closely with functional teams and business stakeholders.
