We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our fully remote engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a deep understanding of blockchain technologies, and hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and deploying decentralized applications (dApps) and smart contracts. You will play a key role in building the core infrastructure of our innovative Web3 Responsibilities :

• Smart Contract Development : Design, write, test, audit, and deploy highly secure and efficient smart contracts using Solidity on platforms like Ethereum, Polygon, or similar EVM-compatible chains.
• dApp Development : Develop and integrate back-end components of dApps, ensuring seamless interaction with blockchain nodes and APIs (e.g., Web3.js, Ethers.js).
• Architecture Design : Collaborate with the Product and Architecture teams to design and implement robust, scalable, and secure blockchain systems and protocols.
• Security & Optimization : Conduct rigorous testing, security audits, and code reviews to identify vulnerabilities and optimize smart contract gas usage and overall blockchain performance.
• Protocol Research : Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Web3 ecosystem, including new protocols, consensus mechanisms (PoS, PoA, etc.), and industry best practices.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end blockchain solutions.
• Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all blockchain-related code, architecture, and development Skills and Qualifications :
• Experience : 3 to 7 years of total professional experience in software development, with at least 2 years focused specifically on Blockchain / Web3 development.
• Programming Languages : Expert proficiency in Solidity. Strong command of at least one general-purpose language like Python, Go, or JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js preferred for backend integration).
• Blockchain Platforms : Deep practical experience with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and development frameworks / tools (e.g., Hardhat, Truffle, Foundry, OpenZeppelin).
• Cryptography : Solid understanding of cryptographic principles, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and consensus algorithms.
• System Design : Experience in designing decentralized architectures and understanding the trade-offs between on-chain and off-chain computation.
• Tools : Familiarity with version control (Git), CI / CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical Qualifications (Good to Have) :
• Experience with Layer 2 scaling solutions (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum, ZK-Rollups).
• Knowledge of token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155) and decentralized finance (DeFi) primitives.
• Prior experience contributing to open-source blockchain projects.
