Sales & Marketing - Lubricant
The Sales & Marketing Manager for Lubricants will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to promote the company's lubricant products. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive products in the lubricant industry, while driving revenue growth and brand positioning.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for Sales Strategy & Execution .
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and industrial customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and markets for lubricant products.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Create and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product demand for Marketing & Brand Development .
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, digital campaigns, and sales tools.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote products and engage with potential clients.
- Analyze customer feedback and market data to adapt marketing strategies.
- Provide customers with technical support and product knowledge to help them select the appropriate lubricants for their needs for Product Knowledge & Technical Support .
- Stay up-to-date with product innovations and market trends in lubricants.
- Train the sales team and distributors on product features, benefits, and applications.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty for Customer Relationship Management .
- Address client inquiries , resolve issues, and ensure high-quality after-sales support.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to monitor performance and progress for Reporting & Analysis .
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity , and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on sales and marketing performance.
Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is required.5+ years of sales experience in the lubricants or industrial products industry is essential.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is mandatory.Strong understanding of the lubricant market and industrial applications is required.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are vital.Ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary.Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and industry events.Preferred Qualifications :
MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Business .Technical knowledge of lubricants and their applications in various industries.Experience working with international markets .Skills Required
